Discovering Your Manifestation Style

Finding a manifestation style can be extremely difficult, especially if this is a practice that you are new to. Some people find visual manifestation more effective than verbal or written manifestations, and vice versa. The only way to truly discover what works best for you is to try different methods and explore what feels most comfortable, safe, and secure. If you’re wanting to explore different manifestation styles, I’ve composed eight methods that I believe to be the most impactful.
369 Method
The divine numbers are 3,6, and 9, and therefore have been used regularly within meditation and manifestation. There are two different ways to implement the 369 method, so use whatever one works best for you. The first method involves writing down your chosen affirmation 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon, and 9 times at night. The second is to write your focus 3 times, write your intention 6 times, and write your goal 9 times. Both ways can be extremely effective as long as your intentions are clear and your purpose is meaningful.
333 Method
The 333 method is the first of three techniques that revolve around the power of repetition. For this method, you must write your chosen manifestation or affirmation 33 times for 3 days. This is considered to be one of the quickest manifestation techniques and is beneficial if you want to see results quickly, or don’t have time for long-term manifesting.
If you choose this form of manifestation, please keep in mind that the writing all has to be done in one sitting, it must be done with a writing utensil and paper, and the days must be consecutive with no breaks.
555 Method
If you want a more dedicated and timely manifestation method than the 333 method, then the 555 method may be for you. Within this method, you must write out your manifestation or affirmation 55 times for 5 days. When using this method, it’s important to focus on one goal or purpose at a time.
Like the 333 method, if you choose this form of manifestation, please keep in mind that the writing all has to be done in one sitting, it must be done with a writing utensil and paper, and the days must be consecutive with no breaks.
777 Method
Although you may think the 777 method involves writing your manifestation 77 times across 7 days, much like the 333 and 555 methods, it follows a different pattern (although that may also work, this method is less tedious or tiring). The 777 involves repeating the chosen affirmation 7 times in the morning and 7 times in the evening for 7 consecutive days, whether verbal or written. While the duration is longer, this may be the chosen method for those who don’t want to spend an excessive amount of time writing.
Pillow Method
A more simple manifestation method, for those who may not have time for the other ones provided, is the pillow method. For this method, you must write down your affirmation on a piece of paper and tuck it under your pillow while you sleep. The few minutes before you fall asleep and right when you wake up is when your mind is the most open and receptive, making this method extremely effective.
Gratitude Loop
The gratitude loop is for people who value visualization and thought/verbal patterns over writing. It is the use of constant gratitude to raise your emotional energy and self-worth. The higher your self-perception, the better chance you have of manifesting your desires. To practice this manifestation method, spend 10 minutes visualizing 5 (or more) things you are thankful for.
Scripting
The use of scripting is to combine the written word and visualization, which can be extremely powerful. In this technique, you write about your goals and affirmations in the present tense, as if they have already become a reality. You can go into as much or as little detail as you see fit. The purpose of this manifestation method is to convince yourself that you are already on the path to achieving these goals, while also telling the universe that you’re ready for them to come your way.
Manifestation Box
My personal favorite manifestation method is the manifestation box. This is a box, jar, or bowl that you combine all of your desires within. It can be images, affirmations, quotes, letters, or any sentimental item connected to your wants and needs. Think of it as an altar to yourself and the life you want to create for yourself. This is also a method in which you can continue to add new elements over an extended period of time. While the other methods require everything to be done in one sitting or across consecutive days, this one allows you to take everything at your own pace.
Herbal Remedies
Lastly, you can use herbs for manifestation. I recommend using lavender, rosemary, and sage, however; every herb contains different properties that can assist in gaining what you most desire. For this method, you can collect herbs in a jar or altar, and put your intention in them—whether verbal or through positive thoughts.
